Dogs
Well behaved dogs (by prior arrangement and with their own beds)
£10 per dog per night.
Please note, following several recent incidents, we do not allow dogs to be left unattended in bedrooms unless shut in a pet crate. During meal times they should be left in the car.
Prices quoted are per room per night & include breakfast. Bills are settled after breakfast on the day of departure.

Cancellation policy
We never like charging for a holiday you’ve had to cancel, however, in certain circumstances it may be unavoidable. Should you have to cancel your booking please give us as much notice as possible to re-let the room. In the unlikely event we are unable to re-let any nights you would be liable for the B&B cost for those nights. In most cases we are able to re-let all or most of the nights booked and do not enforce any cancellation charges.
Should this be of concern it may worth taking out some form of UK holiday insurance to cover this eventuality.
